His point is that the Awami League often manipulates information for their own benefit. And yes, the court is controlled by the government, even a child in Bangladesh knows that. Bangladeshi courts are never independent.

Having looked the record of the AL till now, I am disappointed in them. Especially Sheikh Hasina's leadership.

The AL will throw out whatever bullshit there is out there to save their skins, especially with the Muhammad Yunus case.

And the other parties of Bangladesh?

If the Judiciary and the media is controlled by the Govt, would it not be the same for the other parties which governed BD?

Therefore, could one take it that this 200 women gangraped is bogus information.

I must state that there are many who are from India who like to follow the events of BD, not for any other reasons, excepting for sentimental reasons since many have heard their parents and grandparents talk with great fondness of the land of their ancestry.

Political violence like this is not uncommon in Bangladesh. Bangladeshi commoners are barely civilized for the most part. Let alone politically aligned ones. (yes I have seen what they are REALLY like).

Judicial processes are flawed in Bangladesh to begin with.
