Good - From the way it will block many operators who post rape/child sex. It will also block the access to those servers which are viewed by underage teenagers. Plus blackmailing of hundreds of girls could be limited.

Bad - It will encourage the proxy servers being established in Pakistan. It will encourage the stage drama Mujra and prostitution/profication. Many illegal phonographic sellers will appear out of thin air. The chances of rapes and public humiliation would increase. Many girls/ladies might feel insecure.

I personally welcome this news, only if the danger it posses (written in red) is controlled.

He is right. It happens when they cannot control their hormones and testosterone.
This isin't something funny but seriously condemnatory crime.

Proxies need High Speed Internet unless addicted ones are willing to spend hours for just a glimpse. If you are going to use US/Canadian or Latin American Proxies you need fast Internet. I would pretty much want Chinese help in cracking down on websites they have a great deal of experience in blocking unwanted websites.

I remember an argument I had on one internet forum over whether **** is good. The guy I was arguing with said that if he wasn't able to watch ****, he might have raped someone. I was speechless...
