Actually, it is the other way around: mosques are getting into siyasat, to impose religion over all aspects of state and personal affairs, as defined by law in Pakistan.

why are Pakistanis surpised by this? the society in Pakistan is being radicalized at every occasion possible. Unless you put these religious fanatics in their place, you wont go much far. and the terror that they have created where in no one can go "against" them else be labelled as anti islam, islamophobe, or better yet - not a muslim at all. and hence use the blasphemy law on them again.

Dear Pakistanis, the blasphemy law should go to curtail the powers of religious fanatics. they are brain washing your youth and the daily discourse form development and science to "who has done blasphemy, who is to be labelled anti muslim". I too became a victim of this madness today. I was going to gulberg only to find out that bridge is closed, than used the underpass from there tried MM ALAM road again every road was closed. At the end had to turn back home. Stupid Mullahs.
