Yes but physical limits are physical limits We will have to find ways to work around them and we may but it will take time

You have to develop a weapon which is not in the list of weapons a BMD can handle... because these defence systems are getting more and more powerful by each passing day...

Laser, rail gun etc... think out of the box... New WEAPONS...

We don't have any programs that need testing at the moment. Also missile development programs funds are diverted to building the facilities to hide and protect the missiles; bunkers and tunnels.

BTW, to defeat the BMD; Build Hypersonic Glide warheads; its been identified by all top three militaary powers as the future

All countries who actually have BMDs know their weaknesses. Get a BMD working and you will know. All BMD systems have huge weaknesses.

-Saturation (using decoys/MIRVs/brute numbers)

-Hypersonic quasi-ballistic systems
-Radar jammers aboard RVs

Asymmetric Measures:
-High altitude nuclear blackout detonations
-SEAD ops using stealth aircrafts/cruise missiles/ARMs
-ASAT ops using ASAT missiles/lasers

About "High altitude nuclear blackout detonations": You can wait to a X-class solar flare comes to Earth from a solar storm, and launch the HEMP bomb in the same moment, so the enemy will believe that blackout is due to solar storm.
A satellite can drop the HEMP bomb in the moment of solar flare reaching Earth.

Another idea: a space railgun in a space vehicle like Boeing X-37B. In the space there is no atmosphere, so a railgun will be more easy to build than in the Earth. That is, the idea of "rods from god" (rods from Devil in the case of Boeing X-37B).

The space railgun can launch two tungsten rods at the same time separated by 180º, so that wont move the spaceship.
