Playing favorite paves way for corruption and all manner of crimes. It disrupts the cycle of merit.

Did Khan benefit from playing favorites? NO.

Dude at this point I am pretty sure that there is something wrong with the entire army’s system of promotions and hiring. It seems that only the biggest psychopaths and Machiavellians are getting promoted.

Now, don’t get me wrong. There is a place for having highly intelligent Machiavellian psychopaths- one could argue that in a game of thrones like situation, having such players is a valuable asset. Maybe explains we won, albeit, at great cost in Afghanistan.

Having said that, if all you produce are going to be this type of people, then they will poison the well not only in our own country but all around us as well. We can also clearly see that this is the case too.

The trade-off is not worth it. The army needs reforms to elevate officers based on real merit and to penalize psychopathy. Our country can survive 100 IKs but it cannot survive 10 Bajwas/ Muneers/ Zias/ Ayyubs and Yahyas.

I am ashamed I never listened to him due to his criticism of PA. But Boy oh Boy i was wrong. These Dollar sucking swine's are worse than Munafiqs. They will sell their own mothers if their masters command them.

I was also critical of him at that time as ISPR had brainwashed me. But I listened to his messages and lectures again to digest what he was really saying and I was truly blown away at the mans knowledge and foresight. When he dropped the evidences, the veil was removed from in-front of my eyes. Been a fan of him for a good 10-15 years. He really does tell some hard truths.
