I spoke with Pakistani investors today as I manage a fund besides the insurance consulting and family real estate business (it's Chicagoland Pakistani businessmen and doctors with excess capital). The common among these Pakistanis is that they will limit their investments, and some might completely stop as these games being played are eroding confidence in the overall scheme of things. Some are now asking me to slowly start selling off our assets in Pakistan and move the money back to the States; their expression was horrified after I told them about the forex loss.

Holding a VONC was not a constitutional requirement?? As far elections are concerned, there should have decided first whether the assemblies were dissolved rightly or not, we have precedents Jamali's Baluchistan assembly in 1988 and Wattoo's Punjab assemblies were restored because the had dissolved the assemblies without any valid reason.

Overseas investments in Pakistan have been severely limited, with many opting not to invest at all since the regime changed and this is an open secret. Remits have also seen a decline and are expected to decrease further. Majority of overseas Pakistanis, including doctors, engineers, and influential individuals with close ties to the US, Canada, UK, and other countries govts, as well as many MPAs and their families, support PTI. They're exerting considerable pressure on their respective govts to refrain from engaging in talks, collaboration, or investment in Pakistan. This trend has been observed globally. Given that Pakistan relies heavily on overseas $$$, the country's economic stability is heavily dependent on overseas sources. Unfortunately, PDM/PPP/Mil this entire club directly fighting/confronting those who actually the back-bone of Pakistan's economy at this moment.
