They can sanction us anytime they wish, because the income of oil goes into the bank accounts of dealers, so they always can reach your money. If you decide to have peaceful nuclear program, they will sanction, if you want to defend yourself, they will impose sanctions on you. oil based economy is the last thing that he may approve

Some elements made it riot, set banks and shops on fire, what did you expect from police? They came and saved other people's wealth and shops.
The folks, minority of them, were leading riot and were well punished by law.
