This is a bit old. but you don't think our government is corrupt???

Our government have stolen 100's of billions of dollars from our people and everyone knows this. Is their a surprise as to why our army is so poorly equipped when we see these, and our country is not as developed infrastructure wise and economically as countries like Germany, and we have among the largest brain drain in the world. What do they have that we don't. We have everything in terms of the quality of our youth. But they don't have corruption and theft like we do, not at all.
