Since the Ottomans in ww1 series is slow barely any videos I will just post anything Ottomans or Turkish related in ww1 this also extends to the independance war.

Australian Light horse capture a Stalhelm and a MG15 Bergmann LMG this could belong to the Yildirim army group or the German asia corps.

The unique Turkish stalhelm made by the Germans for Ottoman troops but sadly none of them were delivered due to the end of the war. A lot of the helmets made its way into the German Freikorps after ww1.

Its this unique model. This stalhelm was designed for Turkish troops it is said this design was also going to be produced under licence in Turkey but ww1 ended it along with the delivery getting cancelled. Those pictures you posted were different models of the Stalhelm like the M16 or the M18.

Most of the Turkish helmets to be delivered ended up being used by the German Freikorps.

If anybody is interested it seems the series is dead. Hopefully it will be revived.

Then again I will post pictures or historical excerpts of the Ottoman/Turkish involvement in ww1 and also post about the Turkish independance war.

I highly recommend people looking to axis forums regarding the Ottoman Empire's 1908 to 1923 era. You will find lots of interesting things.
