The world's most wanted terrorist, Osama bin Laden, is alive and kicking and is hiding in Pakistan, the US said on Thursday.

CIA Director Leon Panetta said the Pakistan military was closing in on the mastermind of 9/11 attack as the crack down intensified in the country's west.

When asked whether he was sure that Laden was in Pakistan, Panetta said, "The last information we had, that's still the case." He said, "finding Laden was one of CIA's major priorities."

The CIA chief admitted that Al Qaeda was still "the most serious security threat" to the United States and its leaders.

He believed that Laden was running out of places to hide and the possible safe havens for the Al Qaeda chief were decreasing in number.

Space for Laden shrinking: US think tank
The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) said specifically that the space for Laden was shrinking.

The US think-tank said, "Pakistan army's offensive against Taliban in Swat and other areas have pushed Osama to the edge."

It was too soon to say how that operation would play out, but the CSIS studies said Pakistan's policy could serve as a "dual anvil" along with the US activities from the Afghan side, to actually pressure Al Qaeda.

The second element shrinking Laden's possible location was the 21,000 additional US troops pouring into Afghanistan. And another factor that might help smoke out Osama was the drone attacks.

Weird why US Intelligence isn't sharing its information with us,maybe bcz they don't have any?

Think preparation of "joint operation" -- no point in Osama the martyr, just yet -- but Zawahiri, and his Egyptians, that's another story.

By the way, have you noted how Mullah Omar his Shura boys seem to have fallen off the radar, what up wid dat!

Who Osama? What Osama? That Arabian Prince who claimed to kick out the US out of KSA? If yes, than I am sorry he might be any where in this world. He is dead and his spirit:angel: is wandering heither and theither. ha ha ha. (A person who is a patient of diabetis, HBP, kidney failure and heart disorder can not live without medical attention and care for such long time.)

What a comedy of Menace!!! Osama is not the name of a person but is the name of a trauma that resides in the heads of US officials. They use his name to assault countries.

I say if Osama is in Pakistan, than Mulla Omar is in Washington and Aiman Al Zawahri is in New Delhi.

This statement, I take as a declaration of war against Pakistan.

THIS CIA ALWAYS SAY :blah::blah::blah:

KIT Over n Out.

I wish the Pakistan military good hunting. Capture him and his right hand men alive if possible...they owe Pakistan, Afghanistan and my country an apology.

Osama Bin Laden = CIA Asset!

So why would they want to capture him... Chances are that he has gone through some major plastic surgery and is living in some isolated location with lots of money!

Easy friends, You want to declare war, declare war on Talib and Al-Qaida and those political parties like JI and JUI who have declared war on Pakistan and who subvert it.
