So in India, if most families has sons but no daughters then there will be no marriage. These parents assume that they will get bride from another family and they don't need a daughter. This may cause homosexuality, prostitution, kidnapping and trafficking of girls, etc

let us leave out parents and families from marriages... marriages should be between two people and not between two families.

When I read about pain killer addictions and the side effects that many many unfortunate people undergo, I can only thank Ayurveda exists.

Also if everyone healing from Ayurveda or Homeopathy are going to be dismissed as placebo effect, I do not see why cure with allopathy also is not a placebo effect.

Even though coming from Allopathy, i can vouch the efficacy of Ayurveda medicines,Homeopathy not so much( i dont know why)
As Ayurveda medicines are basically Crude preparations of Allopathic Medicine taken in herbal form and they had many surgical techniques some 2000 years ago when Allopathy was still learning to do sutures and trepanation.Most of What Allopathy/Western medicine is copied from Indian,Arabic,Chinese Medicine methods and included as their own.If anyone read the History of Medicine they would understand.The Europeans learnt all these techniques from Eastern nations.
While Allopathic medicines are engineered using molecules and strains taken from bacteria etc.

Cancer indeed can be cured to some extent by some medicines, Since most Western Cancer medicines are highly distilled versions of Plants and Animal compounds.While Ayurveda employs the crude mixture into their concotions.
Most modern Cancer drugs come from Poisionous plants and Poisonous Animals to a major extent.

While HIV can be stopped from progressing into AIDS in a ' Window Period' by taking ART's.
When any Virus or Bacteria falls below a Specified number,levels,cell count which cannot be detected by modern Methods of detection such as ELISA,Western Blotting etc. It is medically considered to be eliminated.
