LOL, do you even know about the rules and regulation of Local body elections? KP Police and other admininstrations involved with the Polling are directly under the control of ECP's suits not under CM KPK otherwise if they were taking orders from CM KPK then it would be a whole another thing KP govt. would be rightly blamed for totally.
