Twenty children and four teachers from Jammu and Kashmir had a memorable experience during their visit to the city from December 25 to 29.

For the first time in their life, they could have the pleasure of spending some time in a port city.

They were here under the educational-cum-motivational tour undertaken by 50 Light Air Defence Regiment (Composite) on behalf of 15 Corps as part of Indian Army Operation Sadbhavana.

The team was hosted in the city by the Eastern Naval Command.

The students interacted with ENC's Chief Staff Officer (Personnel & Administration) T. Sudhakar during their stay.

They had the opportunity to visit a ship and submarine in the harbour, Kursura Museum, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant and GITAM University.

Well it is simply a last ditch attempt to keep trying what they swore 40 years ago. When it started failing, this sort of stuff is desperately tried.
