The west is toying with Pakistan since last 10 years to that degree that there is no more sovereignty left. As regarding nukes, as Pakistan is aggressive against India, it is super meek against other nations especially the west.

And China, China cannot even prevail upon India, the traditional rival of Pakistan, forget about the west.
