mera 1 dost hai jiski 1st year Pre engineering (FSC) main 70 % bani thi second year main usne hard work kiya but usko exams se 20 days pehle typhoid hogaya tha tou uske 2nd year main 63 % bani hai tou kiya agar woh perform kre issb main tou recommend hojayega?.. Percentage kam hogaye but koi issue tou nai?

I do not think so k Intermediate petcentage is the only cause of any recommendation or not recommendation.
