What's new

One Man , two faces = Hypocrite

. . . .
There is no place in islam for people who sit ongraves and encourage people to come to them for blessings. If only this country knew what evil it has adopted in this form.

I want people to realize that these things have been cultivated in Islam entirely to suit a few vested interests, and they are the root of great evil.

Taliban were doing a great job in destroying tombs and shrines in their areas to eradicate this evil from the society then WHY WE HATE TALIBAN…:disagree:

Look sir there are two types of madrasas one is promoting terrorism and is a form of nursery and hideout for terrorists while others are those where there is genuine work of Islamic knowledge and they’re producing muftis qaris and scholars

Exactly the same there’re two types of tombs one is where illiterate and backward are sitting they are playing with religious sentiments of the public they are indulged in various evils like gambling dog fighting sexual abuse etc where as there ARE tombs hub of awareness and social welfare there’re spiritual educators libraries free guest houses and free meal three times for poor and hungry etc

So my dear sir some people do have defamed such tombs but we must not ignore the good people as well thanks

My young friend.
Thank you for the post.I dont want to digress from the point , but the problem with taliban was also one of an illiterate approach to religion, where the masses are devoid of the concept of Islam and the few "elites" with a little knowledge became the custodians of islam , and being put in a position of authority created mischief and Zulm in the name of islam.
I have no problem with madarssas. But again illiterate approach to Islam will lead to problems. Islam is a religion which is as scientific as it is social. You cant understand the miracle that is Quran without having an understanding of science. This is the reason why our mullahs are failing.
As to Tombs and graves, do you think there could have been some one more in love with the Prophet(Peace be upon him) than Abubakr, Umar , Uthman and Ali(RAU). So how many accounts of Quran Khwani and visits to the prophets grave did they read or can you produce? Do you actually know who Laat and Manaat were? Why were their statues palced in the Kaaba? If you know the answer to my questions you will realize what I am getting at. If you dont' ""lakum Deenakum Wale ya deen".
Now lets get back to the topic at hand. By the way my post is in a mnner of trying to teach you, not to be critical , so please dont take it the wrong way.

Well you sir are comparing a Muslim’s grave with Laat and Manaat this isn’t appropriate approach with due respect. Laat and Manaat were considered as god while a Muslim’s grave is not taken as a worship place not even by any poor educated countryman… I am not talking about Quran Khwani although it is just a form of ‘eesal e sawab’ but Hadith of the Prophet peace and blessings says “earlier I refrained you from visiting a grave but now I advise you to visit the graves for it will bring remembrance of death to you”

I am also talking of social aspect of visiting graves where there are free guest houses and free meal etc. plus you get spiritual guidance gaddi nasheen actually were students who took the seat of deceased person who was a great scholar or aalim after that it became a tradition where illiterate also started of taking the seat which was not good any way thanks

Send me your email and lets continue this by mail rather than derailing the conversation. Regarding Laat and Manat, listen to Dr israr Ahmed.

Dear sir in fact you took the initiative of turning sitting on grave issue in 'grave' as if it was some western thing I just responded you can take the advantage of being a senior which you are...

As far Dr israr Ahmed is concerned he has passed away and it is not good to talk about him behind as his comments are on the record ...I can suggest Dr. Tahir ul Qadri

And yes I do e mail to have a constructive dialogue... thankx:cheers:
