I believe neither, China also ramped up propaganda against US in recent a couple of years to counter the overwhelming western anti China propaganda, but I rarely post them, Chinese propaganda is more like self defence in nature which is nothing comparing with its counterpart in the west in scale, intensity and stupidity.
