Omar condemns killing of sisters in Sopore

SRINAGAR: Chief minister Omar Abdullah has strongly condemned the killing of two teenaged sisters by Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) militants. The two were gunned down after Lashkar men forced them out of their home in Sopore, triggering panic in the area.

Reacting to the incident, the chief minister wrote on Twitter: "If you can't condemn the killing of these two girls irrespective of your political beliefs and do so without qualifying it, then shame on you."

"May Allah grant peace to the souls..., their family the strength to deal with this tragedy and us the strength to learn from it," he said.

Altaf Khan, superintendent of police, Sopore, said: "Two of the killers have been identified by police, they belong to the LeT. A manhunt has been launched to nab them."

A senior police officer said heavily armed guerrillas entered a house in the Muslim Peer locality of the town Monday evening and forced out the two sisters, Kulsuma, 19, and Yasmin, 17.

"They opened fire at the two sisters, killing them on the spot and later fled," the officer said.

The killings triggered panic in the area and police and security forces officers rushed to the spot.

Sopore: Suspected militants shot dead two teenage sisters from North Kashmir town of Sopore after kidnapping them on Monday.

The two girls, aged 19 and 17 were dragged out of their homes in front of their family and shot dead just half a kilometre away from their home.

The reason as to why this incident took place is not yet clear and no militant group has claimed responsibility for it yet.

There have been no protests following the incident and the town is relatively calm.

Now Where are they?

why not a Demonstration against these killing by Millitants?

Are they Afraid of these Militants? If yes............ Then Why they were not afraid of Security Personals, as even they have Guns and can kill them?

Or is it because they know very well that No Matter what ever they do, Security Personal will just bare them with patient because India is a country, where they get a legitimate right of expressing them self, even though it is Anti Nation & still no force will be used by Security Personals?

This incident has given lots of Answers to our Questions. It has also opened eyes of many people around World..............
