pathetic... all these so-called mental asylums in india ( also known as psychiatric care units ) are most of the time used to dispose of various inconvenient people, generally disputing family members but as in this case, even foreigners... and all the really insane people roam free.

Agreed, have heard cases where family members who want to grab a person's property, have unfairly admitted him/her in mental asylums , where even a normal person can become retarded bcuz of the environment !!!

Nothing new ... Sepoy (Soldier) Maqbool Hussain belonging to Azad Kashmir regiment .. Returned after 40 year.. During a fisherman exchange ceremony...
Nobody knew his identity upon asking .. He kept writing his Army number...The authorities got in contact with army who identified him through his army number.."335139".

Once a tall young man he was taken POW in 1965.. Tortured,his tongue was cut,nails pulled,bones broken,burnt with cigarettes ... He returned a farcry from the man who went to war.
