Every few days a couple of Indian soldiers are dispatched to hell in "battles with gunmen" or something like that is that peaceful? India should give up they're the ones who failed at trying to list Kashmir freedom fight as a terrorist insurgency. They still use human shields even after Pulwama because they're afraid of the fighters.

You're forgetful as to what measures were taken for the "elections" there that's why it seems peaceful to you. Pakistan doesn't need to do anything Kashmiris will do it themselves.
