US President Barack Obama phoned President Zardari and both discussed bilateral relations.

Both presidents agreed to build future relations on the basis of mutual respect.

While dilating on Pak-US strategic talks, Obama praised Pakistan’s role in the war against terror.

Zardari said fighting militancy is in Pakistan’s own interest.
