When the peoples of Taiwan freely accede to communist control of their lives,

That baboon's father 85 year old Bush knows what China is doing, if you don't. Communist, communism, whatever the crap you spew out, communism is a good one, it just doesn't work well, or rather, "we are not ready."

Cheap propaganda has no audience in 2010 and beyond.

Stop your stupid nonsense, provide some solid links, by the way that is the law of this forum.

Thanks!!! I am surprised that people like you survive!!!!!

Arms sale causes severe damage to overall China-U.S. cooperation - People's Daily Online

He did provide the source, its from a news site, its your problem, if you don't believe in that source, you may go search for proof to show that this news is a hoax. Or you may as well go through an alternative source you trust.

I put it in a clearer manner then
why people(especially some indian members) tends to ignore informative/serious replies.
as if they are here just to find radical meaningless replies to attack on just to make themselves feels better and making non-sense statement with no sources nor common sense creating a continuation of nonsense non related replies~~

All I want was a informative serious discussion on a topic...

Whats amazing for me is, before your English language was not clear, but suddenly it has become real clear!!!! Is there someone else responding know!!!!

Well you are getting a serious discussing with the new guy!!!!

Thanks!!!!

When the peoples of Taiwan freely accede to communist control of their lives, America shall cease supporting their defense from such. Until such time, while we recognize the communist government of China as the defacto government of the Chinese people, we'll reserve the right to assist the Taiwanese in their self-defense from their mainland socialist brothers.

State Department "Newspeak" of 2010 Vintage. Nothing to criticize, but zero creativity.

America is committed to such despite recognizing that providing for Taiwan's defense needs imposes hardships on our relations with the mainland communist masters from time to time. A small matter in the greater course of things. The PRC understands that, by itself, Taiwan would reduce an invasion of its home into a bloody quagmire that would sap the morale of the increasingly feckless and materialistic Chinese citizens on the mainland while rendering the whole point of forceful reunification moot by the sheer destruction which would encompass both sides of the Straits of Taiwan.

Increasingly, those of the mainland care less about socialist solidarity and simply wish to attain the trappings and illusions of comfort visibly evident in Taipai and elsewhere. Making war on such for the illusion of conquest would be a bloody distractor from the central purpose at hand.

With each passing day the Peoples Republic Of China loses the brittle facade of internat'l socialism and comes that much closer to just another running dog neo-imperialist paper tiger entity.

Several bits of gems were articulated here.

Thanks for joining the capitalist club, fellows. You're welcome to pull your flag down anyday now and raise forth the new flag of the almighty YEN in substitute. Certainly, it would be the honest thing to do at this point.

Thanks.:usflag:

It would not only be honest, but also something I myself would have heartily advocated perhaps a decade ago.

But presently, count me in as one of those deeply disappointed by Amrika's trajectory from Kosovo to, above all, Iraq (with slight exceptions to Bosnia and A-stan before Iraq War, the A-stan post Iraq War was a different story).

Now I still believe the PRC should be in for a change of flag. I am just not sure to which and when, or how.

The only thing I do know is that not even Hu / Wen and the entire CCP upper echelon know the answer.

Or more importantly, I am not sure if they even want to know the answer.

Your comment is incoherently expressed though your venom rings through.

Can you better articulate your gnashing, rabid drool or is this the best you might manage to muster through your blind rage?

Please watch the name-calling. It would be a simple matter to resort to the same with the leaders within the PRC but I seen no net gain to the discourse were I to retaliate in kind.

Thanks.:usflag:

The first one posted was in Chinese language logic

Yeah right, typical Indian loser mentality, when running out of bullets in

a debate, by critisizing others English will be the only way out ?

You are no Shakespeare either, look at your own post, what a "Joke"

"State Department "Newspeak" of 2010 Vintage. Nothing to criticize, but zero creativity."

No. The vintage is far older than 2010. It is policy-not a piece of art and encompasses the will of both the American and Taiwanese people. For both nations that is sufficient.

"The only thing I do know is that not even Hu / Wen and the entire CCP upper echelon know the answer."

Life is not etched in stone and no story told before it unfolds for all to see. Self-evident. It is the purpose of leaders to LEAD in an uncertain future. It's therefore not important that they be able to gaze into crystal balls nor be adept at reading tea leaves so much as to have the courage to move forward one uncertain step at a time.

One can't ask more and that's all any of us can do, it seems.

"Or more importantly, I am not sure if they even want to know the answer."

Perhaps but if they won't seek the answer then the answer shall seek them in ways that defy any hope of shaping the future. That appears a separate issue though.

Thanks.:usflag:

Boy!!!!

I understand clearly I am no Shakespeare, but the answers are not given, that is my problem.

Do you get it by know!!!!

"Only on a battle field can chinese be set free."

There are many possible battlefields and many forms of combat. China is engaged in such now with itself. A civil war, if you will.

Out with the old and in with the new. Mao's little red book is already a humorous but archaic relic of a past that served none well and otherwise constrained a great people from their natural place among mankind.

The evidence is before you daily.

Thanks.:usflag:

Not exactly. For China to change involunterily demands two factors: internal rampant lawless unrest(which is not possible) and grave external militar pressure(which is not possible since 1964 when China denoates the first damn bomb.)

You should ask what Germans think about China, as all others dwell in the European continent don't have a capability to understand Chinese. Second to that is British, however, they only manage to go this far (behind the Germans): Listen not what Chinese say, but watch what they do.

Thanks.
