Why can't you point out, what your sane world calls "patents and research papers" indicating Pakistani contribution in aerospace industry in general and jf17 in particular?
Ever wondered how many patents are filed in Indian patent office as against Pakistani patents office?
Ever wondered how your "inefficient" HAL files close to 800 patents every year(that is 8 times more than the combined patent output of your country)?
My friend in case you can't read research papers or have difficulty reading them,I'd gladly post a plethora of such literature from Indian academia and industry, so that you can appreciate what is happening here!

And can you tell whether they are just the technology demonstrator and why DRDO is claiming to have the ABM capability without developing or acquiring LPAR radars like FPS 115 Rayethon and no IR sensor in the space for the early warning system. Just acquiring 2 Elta Green pine radar from israel how can DRDO claim to counter 2 nuclear neighboring countries with one very cunning and one too unstable and unreliable. With closeness with US and the recent news that US is working to make India exception for the MTCR does it means to stop serious R&D effort in missile tech. and go for the direct market purchase regime for Arrow 2 and THAD.
