And does he know that Pakistan's nuke program is the fastest growing in the world today whether India is making nukes or not?

So WTF is he talking of a nuclear arms race with Pakistan (if Australia supplies India with Uranium)? Pakistan was already producing nukes at a frenetic pace. So whether Australia supplies Uranium or not, it will not effect the production of weapon grade material by Pakistan for its nukes. It's at its max already!
