There was no other option at that time, u tell me was there any option other than supporting US, that was a vey tricky situation and i can assure u if zardari, nawaz or even imran was in his place at that time they wud have taken the same decision.

Scientists are important for any Party's portfolio, looking to make headway in Pakistan.

Issues like Energy policies, IT policies, infrastructure, defense are all constituted by scientists/engineers. What would an Economist or MBA know about the oil and gas possibilities in Pakistan? How would the Economist know about the technicalities of Dam construction?

A good functioning country will have Economists and Scientists working hand in hand.
