I am all for Islamic Presidential System with 5 year term for President and direct elections. Interest should be replaced with Islamic models of Financing but not the fake Islamic Banking. Secondly, Gambling should be stopped in Stock Exchange.

Sure was, PM had just concluded a historic trip to Russia and done a lot of ground work to repair decades of mistrust and forge a relationship that would yield dividends in terms of increase in trade, technical assistance and reduction in CAD due to expensive imports.

But the Sepoy gave Russians a reason to doubt this new change in outlook from Pakistan will be long lasting...

Pakistan has failed to show that it's a neutral country and not under the yolk of American Empire which can't bare the pressure and forge an independent and neutral path...

Learn the difference between 'condemning' and 'not condoning'.

I think there are inherent flaws in your creation (mind-set) & composition (education-wise, that is). Once you call the Constitution a living document, you can not say that it "isn't really worth the paper that it is printed on". The reason why you contradict yourself so casually is because you have a fixed model in your mind where whatever the fascist says is the truth. You are so in love with the idea of a supreme leader that you will happily tie yourself into a knot trying to protect his image that you carry in your mind. All else is secondary because the cult is all that really matters.

The people who draw up constitutions were/are not total idiots, you know. So drop this presumptuous attitude & stop erecting flimsy strawmen a la "outlaw all albino people". Instead to trying to school others, try to improve your own education.

Traitor? Are there other types of traitors too:
1) Absconding from cases on false medical pretenses?
2) Having unexplainable and untraceable assets which grew mainly in power?
3) Compromising judiciary - literally telling judges what verdict to give against a specific opponent
4) Being a pawn of military dictators (such as becoming Punjab cm under zia)
5) Bribing MNAs MPAs of other parties for floor crossing, even though they publicly promised never to do it again (sorry no Pakistani politician has zameer ki awaz) and is against the law!
6) Using religious sectarianism to undermine your political opponents (giving kufar fatwas, calling people qadianis etc).

Anyway there are specific parties that are running away from elections now.
I can understand that this is a charged up political atmosphere, but do maintain a balance. Not all of IK and PTI is wrong or traitor and same for others. And its not PTI alone that has done undemocratic things, history (even very recent one) of PMLN and PPP and JUI is full of even graver crimes.
