Bcoz CIC (which is under Modi) has made Modi's degree public, which is against the Information Act,2005 of India. A students degree is private matter between Student & University, it should not be made public by any government authority.

So plz if you can't comprehend the article, then refrain from opening such articles.

Well You can ask for your marks sheet from your university any time you want..Certainly university would not provide me with your mark sheet..
