People of Sikkim wanted to be part of India, they voted in our favour. I am not too sure of Bhutan though, plus you don't go around "annexing" countries these days. Better to keep them as a buffer state.

We can use it to the best by supplying weapons to Bhutan , but when it is being bullied by China , Bhutan needs to have a protector like India , considering our current situation we cant go against China unless Bhutan is ours . The same was the case of kashmir if you remember .

In 2007, Chinese media had reported that India slandered PLA assault the border of Chinese Bhutan. Indian medias are always cheeky liars. PLA did nothing, what's the benefit we harass the border of Bhutan?
