سپریم کورٹ کے حکم کے بعد پولیس کے چھاپوں اور گرفتاری سے چھپ جانے والا قبضہ گروپ کا مبینہ کارندہ ملزم منشا کھوکھر عرف بم اچانک عدالت عظمی پہنچ گیا ۔ حیران کن طور پر عدالت میں انٹری کرانے والے پولیس اہلکاروں نے ملزم کو گرفتار کرنے کے بجائے اندر جانے کی اجازت دی ۔ مفرور ملزم کے ہمراہ ان کے وکیل بھی تھے ۔

پولیس اہلکار یہ بتانے سے قاصر رہے کہ کیا ان کو منشا بم کو گرفتار نہ کرنے کا حکم کہیں اوپر سے دیا گیا تھا؟ عام طور پر عدالت کی سیکورٹی پر تعینات اہلکار کسی بھی شہری کو اس وقت تک اندر جانے نہیں دیتے جب تک اس کا کیس سماعت کیلئے مقرر نہ ہو مگر منشا بم کو اس کے باوجود نہ روکا گیا کہ وہ مفرور ملزم ہے ۔

ملزم نے کمرہ عدالت نمبر ایک میں پہنچ کر اپنے وکیلوں کے ہمراہ ججوں خاص طور پر چیف جسٹس ثاقب نثار کا انتظار کرنے کا بیان دیا ۔ ملزم کے وکلا نے کہا کہ حفاظتی ضمانت کی درخواست جمع کرائی ہے ۔ ملزم تفتیش میں شامل ہونا چاہتا ہے اور کسی غیر جانبدار افسر سے تفتیش کرانے کا خواہش مند ہے ۔

یاد رہے کہ اس سے قبل ازخود نوٹس میں سپریم کورٹ نے منشا بم اور اس کے سرپرست رکن قومی اسمبلی کو بلایا تھا، رکن قومی و صوبائی اسمبلی سمیت دیگر تمام افراد عدالت کے سامنے پیش ہو گئے تھے لیکن منشا بم عدالت نہ آئے ۔

Anyway, I am expecting Noon-League to avail the opportunity and help the LEAs to unearth all his land grabbing and people involved with him and provide admissible evidences to convict all his facilitators.
