Sadly I don't have any background for this video. Can't figure out the location,but I can tell this isn't France based on the police uniforms.

The video is from Madrid Spain on Calle de Atocha road next to Benavente bus stop.

In front there is the building of Mola apartments. Hope I am help full.

The blue bus in the video is parked at Benavente bus stop

Here is a look from another side

the video events are happening on your left hand side in front of the motorcycle parked there.

This is a spot where many homeless people sleep & in my opinion is the 2 fighting are homeless people & they are doing it for the sleeping spot.

Here your mystery is solved.

Nice find. As for myself I see a woman and a man "fighting",they don't seem to look like homelesses too,but I could be wrong. Background of the video would be appreciated,but couldn't find any,yet.
