I am currently unsure about Indian laws of Marital rape. It has the scope and potential to be misused to the level of Dowry acts where it was found 95% of cases were false and fictitious. A balanced laws for both men and women are required. A women cannot have intercourse one day, and complaint to police next day on the pretext of some fight. Lot of loopholes, no possibility of evidence gathering as it takes place inside an house etc make this implementation very tough.

We do not have any law, given its implementation is challenge.

No, it is not bull crap. It is you who need spanking for making such insane arguments. Men and women get married with a promise of being exclusive to each other and fulfil each others sexual needs. It is not an open relationship where each can go their own way and satisfy themselves with other partners. If the woman is not ready to fulfil the man's sexual needs she needs to get out of the marriage. It is not fair to the man. Ditto if the man is not able to fulfil the woman's sexual needs.

Marriage is a sexual relationship. Sex is to be had when one wants it, not when the neighbor or you deem someone should have it.
