I don't get North Korea's problem. I get it a lot countries dislike USA. But what if USA actually invades NK? US force gonna kill them all? they will bring capitalism?

Both Pakistan and India nuclear programs were somewhat fast and short without enough testings. On the other hand NoKo and Iranian nuclear programs are more long term oriented and more thorough.

Pakistan did not test its bomb when it became nuclear capable. It only tested it when India tested a few and the rhetoric from New Delhi became increasingly bellicose.

Pakistan will never test its H-bomb unless India does. India will test one if it feels the need to demonstrate that it has one. I don't know why India would want to demonstrate that.

You don't need to do a lot of testing these days. Much of the testing can be simulated.

The technological timeline from fission bomb to fusion bomb is no more than a few years, given political will. You can assume both countries can explode one any time. However, neither side would win anything by doing so.
