I have seen there is too much focus on non issues in our (Pakistan's) mass media.
Where as Pakistan is going through a crucial phase!
Some thing is seriously wrong, in this campaign of entangling masses in non issues.
Pakistan's main issue is its system allow a fraudster, corrupt, foreign nationals, uneducated and mentally sick people as rulers.
The real issues are more or less.. what Dr. TuQ is explaining, almost on daily bases.
Politicians take votes on false promises and fake votes, hence paving way for foreign sponsored rulers of a nation and its institutions.
We should be discussing, how to improve the system to block way of such people who have no stakes in Pakistan and have never served the nation.
I purpose 6 as a starters, as they can introduce a surge of improvement in state affairs.
1- Only Phd should be allow to take part in elections and minister should have Phd in relevant field and about 15-20 years experience in same field.
2- No foreign national should be allowed to take part in any of the election process, including voting, this includes dual nationals too.
3- Army, Statebank and Judiciary should be made independent institutions. i.e state cannot regulate them. They shall work as autonomous institutions and independent national/international agencies should make their quality audit regularly.
4- Police should be privatize, its duties and operational quality and parameters shall be defined by state.
5- Provincial govts. be replaced by district govts. who appoint there own administration and an elected body shall control only the budget.
6- Blanket, taxation should be abolished, every local commune should be allowed to control there own tax levels, this will allow competition among local communes, improving quality of services and fair taxation according to the wish of locals. All communes shall give, fixed amount to Federation, as an operational expenses.
