Lets try to be rational here!! Just for Once!!
First, I truly respect your ideals
and believes me these are the same as of mine, But wishing a future exactly as per our ideals is simply a luxury and an easy way out actually when there is no easy way or short cut to maturity, prosperity except hard work, consistency and a broad vision beyond immediate sight.
Im glad that people (Its an analogy, not intended to you specifically) who fondly share their un-interrupted whole day long nap on the very fate full Election Days with their co-mates right on the next day are realizing now how foolish they were in all those days!! But still by standing on the fringe and declaring a person noble only on the New clothes ones wears is not a wise thing to do, people have to involve more deeper and deeper in to it, only betting on a new experience based on immediate sight is still short sight, laziness and a habit to find a short cut to any mess!!
Im not in a habit to curse our establishment (Military or Civilian) always, as often I found their long held views on many issue compatible and in the interests of the country in the longer run but still after a careful reading of our past 65 years history one easily understands that our civilian leadership elected by us have no real control or say in running the affairs of the country by their own even to micro level, Our establishment manipulates every single decision making to their own benefits
..and what that benefits actually is
..??; Its Power!! Power to control, Power to decide in every matter anyone including public nominated individuals just forgets, anything will be shared ever. Every Military dictator when questioned sighted scores of politicians invitation before their take over are made and they are right!! Bcz any manipulation is only orchestrated when rightful parties are in fight to the teeth with each other and our establishment makes it sure in last 65 years that they (Politicians) remains on the loggerheads towards each other to their benefits in the end.
Both Nawaz Sharif and Benazir were not saint and their past was miserable to any level but their long exiles in Musharraf regime turn them to realize this long held establishments game to the core and the moment they realize it they joint bonds to repel it and the result is COD! The very basis of 18the Amendment in our constitution, one of the best things happened in last 3 and half years under this government.
After the sad demise of Bibi, NS somehow tries to remains on the promises made with her and as per COD rules but again that is not as that simple bcz again there are People who want to manipulate and for that they need a Fight between politicians which NS is not promising to the tilt. That is the moment first time in the history of our country that our establishment frustrates and also this is the first time in history that agencies are more oppose to Opposition than to treasury benches in our parliament.
This soft approach NS policy although sincere in its objectives eventually backfired to him
..when people not seeing any real opposition to the mess created by Mr. 10% converts themselves to others where our agencies as always readies an alternatives in the shape of IK, his (IK) politics comes in
.right in this background and his popularity is the direct result of friendly opposition character Mr. NS tries to make out of the fear of establishment which he hates most!! Still its not too late, at last Mr. NS (Tiger) is awaken up and I think he & PMLN will not handover the rein of street politics to another puppet of the same establishment against whose fears a wrong policy is envisaged in the first place.
Therefore, I truly ask people to understands that deep mess and its repercussions and dont remains in an allusion created by our agencies to the sincere desires of our masses. IK sincerity in its ideals is beyond doubt but still he is the easiest prey/pawn for manipulation for our establishment in the coming years and moths bcs of our kindl of politics.
Sleeping on the Election day was a sin but taking our country politics too lightly and easily is a bigger sin bcz there is no short cut to maturity!!
