A website should be there, we aren't moving towards stoneage, with every passing year, we are moving into a digital age and needs change with it. No website on the earth can get hacked with proper security protocols implemented.

Sir that is how spy agencies work. Nobody even knows what the Chinese spy agency is called. Spy agencies around the world are shrouded in secrecy.

IMO
ISPR is there. In-case of any suspicious activity or for reporting, one can use contact numbers/gateway provided by ISPR/Rangers as well so there is no need of an official website for ISI which has to remain covert/secret, after all.

However, I don't know much in this regard.
