I do not see any thing wrong with what @rishav said . In fact I fully agree and take the same stand. I am confident that majority of Indians would agree with us on this.

How does one prove that it was consensual? That is the only problem that I see. May be they need to have a contract before each intercourse to avoid allegations of rape later.
