No farewell meeings for DG ISI?

Air force Chief Rao Qamar Suleiman and DG ISI Lt. Gen Shuja Pasha, both are retiring on 18th March..While we are seeing farewell dinners were organised by Pres/PM, for ACM,ACM also met COAS Gen Kiyani, and CJCSC Gen Khalid Shamim Wyne seperately, and all praised his services.. I was wondering why no such protocol for DG ISI? Ok, if not Pres/PM, even no farewell meetings by COAS and CJCSC..in honor of DG ISI? Even farewell dinner was organised for Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir by the President and PM ... Is there no such tradition/protocol for DG ISI?

There need not be a press release about when the DG ISI is having his farewell dinner!

It is a common practice within the army to give a farewell dinner to an outgoing CO, DG, or a senior officer, and he will get too, nothing to make a thread about.
