Yes, the 750km Nirbhay-Mini only has air-launch version, with no booster attached.

Nonsense. Klub can't breathe beyond 300km. This baby here can hit upto 750km same range as Babur.

Full-fledged Nirbhay 1,200km variant is a class apart from all these Klubs, Mini-Nirbhays, Baburs, Raads etc. It compares with CJ-10 and BGM-109 most favourably.
