dukh means sadness.... The more u listen sad song the more u get sadness. Its law of attraction. You get what u wish for. Same law applied reading holy book of any religion. Mother universe gives what u ask for. Do this.... Sit in meditation pose and think alot happy. Say with ur heart Happiness and peace. Keep getting happy for an half hour. Do not fake it. Just look up in night sky and keep getting happy and than see how other people shower love and care on you. Its law of attraction. Do it to believe it and it will change your thinking and life.
