Sorry to say, Neither you nor me was there so how can we say "He didn't ask them to return the looted wealth or not to conspire with the enemies of the state". He's a scholar and IMO it is rightful thing to meet these kind of people to show them the right path. A common person can't reach there to guide these stooges and goones than why not a person who's influential ?

These vocal people have only one duty, to build public opinion. The moment he speaks against the corruption of Sharif family he has no entry in sharif palace and no air time on PTV.

As far as i know, He never singled out a person (name or personality) instead he notify and highlight the general issues and problems.
For the air time it is well known that he was once in a shadow and was just reached via audio. His shows / gatherings are not paid by PTV or any other media outlet.

He does quote previous rulers and their acts. So his silence upon the acts of current rulers is being noted.

As I said it's a matter of public opinion and narrative building. Payment or no payment is different matter.
