new sections should be created for paramilitary and law enforcement

In the same manner that we have sections and subsections on military army, navy, air force etc. we should have a paramilitary & other law enforcement section which can be divided into rangers, corps, police, coast guard etc.

These sections and subsections could also be put in the world defense forums as well to discuss police and paramilitary in other countries.
