China needs at least two aircraft carriers for North Sea and South Sea fleets.

Nice pics even though I've seen alot of them before. I think in another 20 years china may have the strongest navy in Asia and reach some form of balance with the US pacific fleet.

The first part of statement is already true - PLAN is already the most powerful navy in asia, no need to wait for another 20 years to achieve that status.
