Iranian Defense Minister General Amir Hatami denounces the United States’s long-standing plan to wipe out Iran’s defensive deterrence.
"The United States continues its project of" maximum pressure "on the Iranian economy and the purchasing power of the Iranians in order to lead them to turn against the Islamic Order, but this plot of the enemy has completely failed "Said the Defense Minister on Wednesday.
As for the COVIDE-19 pandemic, General Hatami said that the Chinese authorities' statements concerning the American origins of the spread of the coronavirus should be taken into account.
At the end of the current Iranian year, General Amir Hatami said that next year (from March 20), the Defense Ministry would strengthen its approach of accessing new technologies to counter threats to come.
"We will regularly access new technologies to provide a higher level of deterrence and to modernize our offensive and defensive techniques and tactics," said the Minister of Defense.
