Scrap this project. Choose Mig 35 to replace your aging fleet of Mig21s (If you can afford then go for Gripen or F21) and Su34 to replace your Mig27 and Jaguars. Put the remaining efforts on MCA or some other 5th gen project.

Block 3 is about to get first test flight within a quarter year .
