Hola amigo . Bienvenida and welcome and yes you are the first Chilean .. We do have a Brazilian and another guy from Argentina... Anyways ..

There is a difference in "to welcome" (dar bienvenida) and "welcome" (bienvenida) say bienvenida is only for women and to welcome (dar bienvenida) or bienvenido only men or bienvenidos in generall, but only in plural, that's all.
