Real matter is that whether he is beneficiary in good faith or not,if person become beneficiary in good faith he cannot be regarded as criminal and I think that is reason if this wealth passes to more generations case will lose its power

Including in investigation does not mean treated as criminal. Witnesses are also included investigation.

Furthermore even if they got looted money in inheritance hiw r u supposed to get it from them without invilvement? I dont know why r we sympathetic to criminal enterprise? Usualky in other countries people like this are extremly hated and people even dont want to talk to them but on the contrary we are debating and propagating to be soft on them ... a common thief effects just one family on the contrary action of these have negatovely effected millions of people and they need to be punished even worst then common decoits and even murderers.

I think it is common law in world that anyone who become owner of property in good faith is not criminal and is not liable to imprisonment and custody,at most he is required to returned property back but this too is limited to direct siblings,when such wealth is passed through inheritance to many generations you cannot get this wealth back as it happens in most of world,we should not hate any criminal but we should hate his crime and not hate someone as human being,if some members of family are involved in crime then it is not justified to hate all members of that family who are not directly involved in corruption and are not aware about how the money is earned.This is not sympathy to criminals but a moderate stance,we should avoid extremism in every aspect of life including accountability and should not exceed limits of justice and humanity

I completely disagree with u here.

First of all criminal proceeds are criminal proceeds and are recoverable from even unrelated person from any laws in the world ... front mans are the common example.

Secondly hating crime and not criminal is applocable for common criminals who do this for economic needs but those who did out of fun and greed deserve to be hated.

Thirdly, this is just second generation not multiple generations.

Fourthly, she is direct beneficiary of a financial fraud so she is partner to the crime doesnt matter if she was sleeping partner. Altough such a sleeping partner may not get any imprisnoment but financial punishment is still due.

Fifth, why r u so concerned on she being involved in investigation? Isnt this the first step of evaluating if she is innocent or not ? Arent u passing the judgement of she being innocent even before start of investigation ?

Sixth, if u dont trust on law enforcement agencies and local laws then again who is to blame? Isnt is the same criminal enterprise who is in some sort of power since 198e bloody 3 decades...

Leave aside all financial crimes Shouldnt they be prosecuted for cripling the justice system and government machinery of the Pakistan to get favors at the cost of common man ?

Wealth will be recovered InshAllah and its not about political revenge. If she has inherited the looted money she should return it with interest and in case she dont she has to be imprisoned.
