New China law says children 'must visit parents'

So what's the point of coming up with a law that can not be enforced....... it makes Chinese govt look like bunch of jokers!

The "law" of visitation can be enforced, but the conduct of people inside the home cannot.

I gave the example of parents and kids as regards to schooling as a comparable example.

The whole point with social engineering laws is that they are based around "the average person", as in how a normal, well-adjusted, average person would behave.
