What's new

New chapter’ opens in Saudi-Japan ties

Great. I really like Japan. Tokyo is still to this date the most impressive city/metropolis that I have visited in many aspects.

It is only a positive thing that the education system is very demanding. That's not often the case in Europe or the US for that matter (I studied in both and still do in Europe) aside from the top universities/private schools. Same can be said about some public schools in KSA. But sure sometimes emphasis on other areas than theory should be prioritized like they do in the West. Some more than others.

Anyway the recent changes at the top universities in KSA are marvelous. Long may it continue.

Oh please an 8AM to 7PM straight classes with only 3 breaks half an hour each for 4 years straight is not ruthless? And then Hospital work from 7AM to 6PM every day is not ruthless? In Turkey it is half this time and half the lectures, and the load is much much lighter than what we go through.

:omghaha:

Do not complain Mosab. This will benefit you greatly in the future. Make your mother, sister or wife prepare a Kabsah and then you are ready for the next day!

yes when you lost a dear (like me) you become basij
I'm very sorry to hear that. Many Iranians have died in this war. If Khomini accepted the cease-fire earlier than it took, it would have helped a lot. However, I must admit that Sadam was the aggressor to push for war. I wonder why Iran didn't use their chemos too.

good to read this :)
i see saudis in this forum you are well educated. if your country help you to become a major actor in your country it can only be good.

for lazy here in France i see very strange way too (not as bad as my country) but surprising
they criticize US model but theirs (my point of view) is worst. the society is cut in two: people sure to keep their jobs, able to strike, big retirement, work less than others... crazy :D

Most Europeans in general don't like the Americans due to their foriegn policy which is reflected in their European society "Well they share a lot of things in common" ,mainly the Brits and the French.

Yeah I know some frogs can be very naughty -_-

What the hell is a Basij?

Is that the most severely brainwashed part of the Iranian society or what? You have some explanation to do, Hussein.

Frogs are excellent. It's the Fish and Chips that are the problem in general. London is the only thing worth of note in that country. How did you survive in Manchester of all cities, Khalifa?

The Yanks are ok. Actually very ok, the majority of them. Especially the Latinos who are our cousins in appearance.

You know what, I just realized recently that between 30-40 million Latinos have Arab ancestry/partial Arab ancestry, although that is mostly Christian with a few Muslims.

Not to say all the Spaniards/Portuguese who have Arab blood after 800 years of Arab rule in Spain and their genes also flow in Latin America. Even up to 15-20 percent of all Spanish words have an Arab origin. Not to mention all the cities and regions! This also explain why some of them look like Arabs (Portuguese and Spaniards). Now I know why many Arabs in the US complain about being confused as Latinos.

This obviously does not concern the Latinos who have an "native Indian" appearance which only the minority does anyway and mostly in Bolivia, Peru and parts of Mexico.

Shakira, Salma Hayek and Carlos Slim Helu says hello.
