India cannot be conservative , simply put India is diverse and once conservatism is allowed it will divide the society ..... there should be a fine balance between religion and state affairs which India is doing all these 70 years.

India incapable of annex China territory, history already taught Indian a lesson for messing with China. Do you really want revisit India past debacle in 1962 war? India occupied South Tibet because of Bristish trooped invaded South Tibet during British colonized the region. India wasn't a nation when British annex South Tibet.
