Are the Strategic Reserves the property of Govt of India like in the US or do you just tell your Public and Private sector to maintain a 10 day oil refining capacity in reserve. The second option would be very costly for the private companies in this margin driven market.

that is a matter of prespective, Take me for an instance
I am a lower caste Hindu, I have more rights and can do anything any man can do in this country. I say that is freedom.
60 years ago i wouldnt have been allowed in certain temples, today i can walk into one , pray and even shout at the priest of any temple.
Education has done a lot in India, in most parts
